We take a defined product from an agreed scope to a first release, built in repositories and cloud accounts you own.
Hire us when
- You have an approved product or internal tool to build, and your own engineers are committed to other work until after the date you have promised.
- You hold a brief, an RFP or an approved business case, and you have to justify the supplier to finance, procurement or a board.
- The product needs a web application, a mobile app, or both, and recruiting a permanent team to produce the first release is not an option.

How it runs
- Every week we review progress with you and demo the software as it stands, so you judge the build by what runs.
- We work on time and materials against the written estimate in the statement of work. Every week you receive a budget report showing spend against that estimate.
- If the scope changes, you get the impact on budget and timing in writing before that work starts.
- You own the repositories, cloud accounts, domains and documentation from day one. The post-launch support window is agreed in the statement of work, and an ongoing engineering arrangement is available after it.
